How to Join KDTOA?

Joining the Keonjhar District Truck Owner Association (KDTOA) is a simple process designed to provide truck owners with easy access to membership benefits and opportunities. Whether you’re a new truck owner or an experienced operator, KDTOA welcomes you to become part of our growing community of over 7,000 members. Follow the steps below to join the association and start benefiting from fair truck allocation, a strong support network, and real-time communication.

  • Complete the Online Membership Application
  • OTP Verification
  • Await Approval from the Association
  • Access Your Membership Dashboard
  • Visit our official website at www.kdtoa.com.
  • Navigate to the Membership section and select the "Membership Form" link.
  • Fill out the online application form, providing details such as: Truck owner’s name, Contact information (phone number and email), and Vehicle registration details.
  • Ensure that all details are accurate before submitting the form for approval.
  • After submitting your application, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered email or phone number for verification.
  • Enter the OTP in the provided field to confirm your identity and proceed with the application.
  • Once verified, your application will be sent for review by the Secretary and President of KDTOA.
  • The approval process typically takes 1-2 business days. During this time, your application will be stored in the Pending Applications Table.
  • If approved, you will receive an email or SMS with your membership credentials.
  • If your application is rejected, you will be notified with the reason for rejection and may reapply after 1-2 days.
  • Upon approval, log in to the KDTOA website using your email or phone number and the credentials provided.
  • In your membership dashboard, you can:
    View and update your personal details.
    Register additional trucks.
    Check your membership status and expiration date.
    Download your Membership Card in PDF format for easy printing.
