Established with the aim of supporting truck owners and ensuring smooth and fair truck allocations for local mines, KDTOA plays a vital role in the transportation and logistics industry of Odisha.

Our core service is road transport, where we manage a fleet of over 7,000 trucks to serve the mining operations in Keonjhar. With our systematic truck allocation process, we ensure that trucks are efficiently dispatched to meet the transportation needs of local mines. By prioritizing availability, safety, and timely deliveries, we support seamless logistics for our members and the industry.
We oversee the allocation of trucks for specific mining operations through our Loading Program. For each program, we allocate up to 2,000 trucks based on availability. Truck owners receive a loading slip to confirm their participation. If a truck is unavailable, we move to the next available truck, ensuring that mine transportation requirements are fulfilled smoothly.
We provide full support to our 7,000 members, from membership registration and renewal to managing truck details. Members can easily log in to access their profiles, update their truck information, and participate in the loading programs. Our online system makes it easy for members to stay up-to-date with their membership status and truck assignments.
